9. Refund and cancellation policy


A. Operator Refund and cancellation policy

1. The operator user has the flexibility to cancel the subscription plan at any time; however, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the billing cycle.

2. Our service operates on a postpaid model, and thus, we do not have a refund policy in place.

3. In the event of a payment failure, if the amount is debited, a refund will be initiated automatically to the source payment account. Please note that the processing time for refunds may vary depending on the policies of banks or wallet operators.

B. Consumer Refund and cancellation policy

1. Consumer can cancel the order anytime during the payment process.

2. In the event of payment failure or if the machine does not dispatch the product, and payment is debited, a refund will be initiated automatically to the source payment account. Please note that the processing time for refunds may vary depending on the policies of banks or wallet operators.
